The Naughton Gallery hosts Belfast artist Terry McAllister in his first solo exhibition in the city for over five years. A founder member of the Emperor’s New Clothes Group, McAllister has been a long running member of Queen Street Studios and has exhibited work extensively across the world with his exquisite paintings and drawings featuring in numerous collections including the Museum of Modern Art in San Francisco.
The show will feature the most recent examples of a body of work with paintings and drawings that operate in that space of resonance between a post minimalist sensibility and a tight, resolutely representational art.
