QSS has two short-term studio spaces available to let, commencing in September 2015. One studio at 6 month let (140sqf) and one studio at 10 months let (308sqf). Located within a large studio complex in Belfast City Centre, which also houses QSS Gallery. The studio application is open to established and emerging artists. We also welcome applications from artists who have graduated within the last three years.

The studios feature: self-contained studio spaces, COSHH storage cabinets, subsidized affordable rents, 24 hour access, kitchen facilities, sluice room, recycling, inclusive of electricity and Wi-Fi.

Availability – 6 month Studio: £39.25 pcm, inclusive of above facilities

Availability – 10 month Studio: £83.64 pcm inclusive of above facilities
