QSS invites applications for 13 short-term studio spaces at Norwich Union House, 1-7 Fountain St, Belfast, BT1 5EA. Studios will be available to rent from the beginning of December for 8 months (it is possible that this period will be extended subject to business negotiations).

The 13 studios are spread over two floors in Norwich Union House (2^nd & 3^rd) and studio artists will have access to the building from 7.00 to 23.00 daily. A lift is available in the ground floor reception area. Studio sizes range from the smallest at 100sqft to the largest at 450sqft with corresponding rents ranging from £55 to £120 per month, inclusive of electricity. A communal kitchen is available on the 2^nd floor. As these studios are short-term in nature there is no Wi-Fi installed.

QSS welcomes applications from emerging and more established artists by Wednesday 15^th November 2017. All artists will be notified following the selection process and a site visit arranged for shortlisted artists. Please note that the Pop-up Studios are strictly non-commercial and solely for the production of art.
