Gail Ritchie – Partition in the modern world: Transdiasporic Perspectives
QSS artist Gail Ritchie has been invited to show work as part of the international exhibition ‘Partition in the modern world: Transdiasporic Perspectives’ curated by Pritika Chowdry for Evanston Arts Center, Chicago, IL.
The exhibition examines the geopolitics of partitioning a country and how the legacy of division is viewed through the dual lens of cultural memory and multiple diasporic locations.
Exhibition runs from 8 July – 13 August and then online as part of Chowdhry’s Partition Museum project.
