QSS invite applications for a three-month studio sublet (9th March – 7th June 2020) at The Arches Centre, 11-13 Bloomfield Avenue, Belfast, BT5 5AA. QSS studios are accessible from 8.00 to 22.00 Monday to Saturday and 10.00 to 21.00 on Sundays.

The available studio is on the 2^nd floor with a high ceiling, wifi and great daylight. A lift is available in the ground floor reception area. The subletting artist will need to retain half the studio for storage (full studio measures 372 sq ft). Therefore, the monthly rent is half the normal price @ £44.50 inclusive of electricity. Site visits are available on Wednesday 26 February at 11.30 and 15.00 for artists wishing to view the studio prior to submitting an application.

QSS welcomes applications from emerging artists by 17:00 on Friday 28 February. Applications must include six images of recent work, image list, artist CV and an outline of how you would use the studio over the three-month period (300 words max).
