QSS wishes to express much sadness at the recent passing of artist, educator and friend Bill Penney.

Bill was a well known and loved figure within the art world in Belfast and beyond.  He taught in the print department at the Belfast School of Art,Ulster University for many years and was a respected artist/printmaker within his own right.  Through all of his roles he was always there with an open manner and smiling face to lend a hand or give advice.

He will be sadly missed yet fondly remembered by all those who had the good fortune to have known him.
