Studios Available to Let at QSS
QSS invites applications for two studio spaces commencing in 2016.
First space: Second floor studio is 202.25 sqf and the rent per month is £55.59
Second space: Third floor studio is 115.17 sqf and rent per month is £32.52. This is a short-term project space for a minimum of three months/maximum 6 months let. This is a small space that may be more suited to someone either working on a small-scale project or working at a desk. A project space can cover a variety of approaches for example, a curatorial practice, completing a portfolio, finishing a proposal or commission or someone working on a digital platform from their computer.
The studios feature: self-contained studio spaces, COSHH storage cabinets, subsidized affordable rents, 24 hour access, kitchen facilities, sluice room, recycling, rent is inclusive of electricity and high speed Wi-Fi.
Both studios are located within a large studio complex in Belfast City Centre, which also houses QSS Gallery. The studio application is open to established and emerging artists. Please note there is no lift available within the building.
