HOW TO APPLY
There are two types of Tenancy at Queen Street Studios. The majority of occupancy hold a permanent tenancy aggreement, but when a member wishes to do so he can sublet his/her studio for not less than three months and not more than one year. In this manner we tend to have a rolling non-permanent amount of studio sublet’s on offer.
As and when studio spaces are made available all members on the Queen Street data base are notified via email and advertised under Studio Availabilty on this website . Adverts are taken in Art’s based publications. Only applicants who have a third level qualification in Fine Art will be considered.
Studio Rental is calculated per square footage, thus studio rental varies depending on size.
We do not accept applications in advance of studio availability.
What we require -
Applicant’s are required to supply an up to date C.V, images of
current work, an artists’ statement and a statement of intent.
